VAT. Where required, products are registered in the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) and have an EU-based Responsible Person (RP).<\/p><p>The business buyer remains responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to their own sales activities.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"acc-item\"><button class=\"acc-h\" onclick=\"this.parentElement.classList.toggle('open')\">Availability of items<\/button><div class=\"acc-body\"><p>Our wholesale collection depends on current stock and availability. An ordered product may occasionally turn out to be temporarily unavailable after the order has been placed.<\/p><p>In that case we will contact you and, where possible, offer a choice between an alternative product, a backorder, or a refund for the unavailable item.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"acc-item\"><button class=\"acc-h\" onclick=\"this.parentElement.classList.toggle('open')\">Shortages or damaged items<\/button><div class=\"acc-body\"><p>We ask business customers to check their order immediately upon receipt.<\/p><p>Missing, incorrectly delivered, or transit-damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
