The terms that apply to an order.
Article 1 — Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with The Glass Skin Studio via theglassskinstudio.nl or theglassskinstudio.nl.
Article 2 — Order & agreement
An agreement is formed the moment you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of suspected fraud or incorrect information.
Article 3 — Prices & payment
All prices are in euros, including VAT. Payment is made via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna Pay Later, or SOFORT Banking, processed via Mollie (PCI-DSS certified).
Article 4 — Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are indicative. The Glass Skin Studio is not liable for delays caused by the carrier. For free shipping, a minimum order value of € 60 applies to deliveries within the Netherlands.
Article 5 — Returns & right of withdrawal
You have the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.
Article 6 — Damage upon receipt
In the case of damaged or incorrect products, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@theglassskinstudio.nl, providing photos as proof.
Article 7 — Liability
The Glass Skin Studio is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of products, allergic reactions, or indirect damage. All products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors.
Article 8 — Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. See our Privacy policy for more information. Data is never sold to third parties.
Article 9 — Disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation. You can also turn to the Disputes Committee.
