Access to our wholesale
To use The Glass Skin Studio Wholesale, you need to have, as a business:
- A valid Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number
- A valid VAT number

Wholesale orders have a minimum order value of € 850,00 excl. VAT. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are included.
Wholesale orders must be paid in full in advance. Your order is processed once full payment has been received.
The products in our wholesale range are intended for sale within the European market and comply with the applicable European cosmetics requirements. Where required, products are registered in the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) and have an EU-based Responsible Person (RP).
The business buyer remains responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to their own sales activities.
Our wholesale collection depends on current stock and availability. An ordered product may occasionally turn out to be temporarily unavailable after the order has been placed.
In that case we will contact you and, where possible, offer a choice between an alternative product, a backorder, or a refund for the unavailable item.
We ask business customers to check their order immediately upon receipt.
Missing, incorrectly delivered, or transit-damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. In case of damage we may ask for clear photos of the product, the shipping box and the shipping label.
After review, we will arrange a suitable solution depending on the situation.

Because wholesale orders are processed specifically based on the placed business order, an order can no longer be cancelled free of charge once payment has been received and processing has started.
If an order has not yet entered processing, please contact us to discuss whether cancellation is still possible.
Wholesale orders are business-to-business (B2B) purchases and are not covered by the statutory consumer right of withdrawal.
Returns are therefore generally not possible, unless otherwise agreed in writing with The Glass Skin Studio in advance, or in the case of a delivery complaint accepted by us.
Products that the business customer sells poorly, or not at all, cannot be returned.
We understand how important reliable delivery is for your business. That is why we aim for a delivery time of 5–7 working days after receipt of payment.
The delivery time stated is an estimate. In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to, for example, stock changes, transport delays, or circumstances at our carriers.
When we expect an order to be significantly delayed, we will inform the business customer as soon as possible.
All wholesale orders through The Glass Skin Studio are business-to-business (B2B) purchases. By placing a wholesale order, the business buyer agrees to The Glass Skin Studio’s applicable wholesale terms.
